Attention Visiting and Practicing Athletes:

The Ford Ironman USA triathlon course is available for training throughout the year.  Please be aware that the bike and run course roadways contain pavement with cracks, grooves, potholes, frost heaves, and various imperfections.  Be aware that you practice or train at your own risk on the course.  Swimming in Mirror Lake  is also undertaken at your own risk.

Visiting and practicing athletes should also be aware of numerous road construction projects in the area.  Cyclists and runners must obey all detour and road construction signage or instructions.

When cycling, please remain single file.  Avoid forming packs across the lane that impede vehicle traffic.  Cyclists are reminded that they must obey all traffic regulations.  The future of the race depends upon polite behavior.

Thank you for your cooperation.
